Exchanges and Returns
If you have received the wrong items or the items you received are defective, please send an email to info@astornia.com to discuss this further.
If you are not satisfied with the received goods, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and resalable condition.
Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding the costs of the return shipment. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to be used or opened, or that are not in their original condition.

Return period
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, unused, with labels, and in the original packaging. Don't forget to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage or Problems
Check your order immediately upon receipt. Report damage, defects, or wrong deliveries as soon as possible, with a video or photo of the item, so we can help quickly.
Exchanges
Exchanging? Return the item and place a new order. After your return is approved, you can purchase the desired item directly.
Refunds
After inspecting the returned item, we will let you know if the refund is approved. Upon approval, the amount will be automatically refunded. Note: processing by your bank may take a few days.

All returned items must be unused, unopened, and have original plastic packaging.

We are not responsible for the costs of returning the items.

Make sure all returned items are well packaged so they do not get damaged in the mail.

Make sure all return packages are sent with a traceable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost during return transport.

The return must be sent abroad, directly to our supplier in China.

Make sure the return is approved - without approval, this may result in your return not being processed.
